City Of Altoona recently issued the following announcement.
From the Chippewa Valley Veterans Tribute Foundation
The dedication event is only a few days away. The Vets Tribute Foundation will post helpful info on their page leading up to the event This is the map for River Prairie Park and the parking lots available.
Don't worry if you have to park a little ways away...three shuttles will pick up at each lot and take you to the event entrance and back to your car afterward.
Handicap parking is the one closest to the tribute and will be located behind Prairie Park Apartments.
