Jon Fortier and Adam Pearson, two longtime friends and journalism graduates reunite to start a new sports podcast. Their podcast will be a one-hour-long program focusing on college, high school and semi-professional teams.

"We're really excited to get the show started here and highlight all the amazing athletes we have in the Chippewa Valley," Fortier said.

Adam Pearson is from Chippewa High and Jon Frontier from Eau Claire Noth, both UW-EC graduates, and the name of their podcast is "Chippewa Valley Breakdown."

Pearson and Fortier want to use their sports and broadcasting knowledge to highlight local teams and players, specifically those that don't often get much air time.

The show airs at 3 p.m. on Fridays on 105.1FM and can also be found online.
