Seniors In Motion (SIM) is a series of exercise classes designed to promote physical activity, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve balance. Three classes are offered which accommodate different levels of abilities. Class space is limited. Permission of the instructor is required.
In response to COVID situation, Seniors in Motions is being offered using a Zoom platform. For more information and to connect with the class, call the church office 608-784-4248.
