Mayo Clinic Health System will host several back to school examination clinics in Southwest Wisconsin. If your child plays a school sport or will start preschool, kindergarten or college in the fall, make your appointment now. Patients will receive a comprehensive exam that includes updating immunizations and completing any required forms.
