EF Student Exchange Program

Xchange

Loyal School District issued the following announcement on March 23.

Interested in other cultures?  Host a foreign exchange student with EF High School Exchange Year and bring the world to your home!  EF students attend local high schools and live with volunteer host families.  They come from different countries in Europe and Asia and have their own spending money and health insurance.  Hosting is an experience you will never forget, and you will always have a global family!

We have many students still seeking their American family for this Fall.  Here are 4 students we feel would do well in the Loyal Community.

  • Maria 17 Italy – Maria wants to live somewhere cold, she hates the hot weather.  She is a volleyball player and loves sports.  She has 2 dogs and she likes skiing!
  • Viki  16 Germany – Viki is only here for a semester.  She loves animals, especially donkeys and dogs J Both her parents are teachers.  She is artistic, likes playing board games and charades and enjoys sports.  She has two younger sisters and hopes to have host siblings in the US.
  • Kevin 17 Taiwan – Kevin hopes to play Baseball and Basketball in the US.  He says he hopes to have a brother to play catch with, and a host family that wants to come watch his games.  Kevin has done a lot of volunteer work and says he gets a lot of joy from doing that.
  • Kaiza 18 Sweden-  Kaiza is passionate about music, she sings and plays different instruments.  She hopes to be a nurse and then a mid-wife one day.  She says she “hopes she has a host family with good hearts”

Contact local coordinator, Jo Schultz, at 715-507-0434 with questions or to view more students!
