Caregiver/Parenting Group – Children’s Wisconsin
Date and Time:
March 2 @ 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM
Location:
Family Resource Center (FRC)
W11109 Rogers Road
Black River Falls, Wisconsin 54615 United States
This is a group of child caregivers and parents that act as an advocate for community specific child needs. We discuss many different topics and are always looking for new participants to help make our communities better for our children, and then the real fun begins when we put these into action and actually make a difference in the community.
Did you hear about the free clothing swaps that happened last summer and fall? People were able to drop off/ pick up, or trade gently used clothes for free. Any clothes that were left over were donated to the local Foster Closet.
This event was made possible by parents and caregivers like you!
This group is new but gaining strides to making differences in the community for all of the children, and we would love to have your support as well.
On this same day and time we will also be launching a parent and caregiver support group as well.
Parents and child caregivers will be able to share their struggles and triumphs in childrearing. It is really nice to be able to share or just listen to other experiences, and realize we all have our struggles and our successes as well.
Children are always welcome!
