FOIA Request to Town Of Angelo Regarding New Voter Registrations on November 7, 2024.
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at WC Wisconsin News have submitted a request under the Wisconsin Open Records Law, §19.31 et seq., for records pertaining to new voter registrations that took place on November 5, 2024.
Our mission is to hold public institutions accountable and provide transparency to the public. Access to these public records is essential for us to fulfill our professional responsibilities. As members of the media involved in gathering and reporting news to the public, we believe we are eligible for a fee waiver as media professionals.
