The majority of students in Pepin County districts were white in the 2024-25 school year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of the 1,219 students attending Pepin County district schools, 91.3% were white. Hispanic students were the second largest ethnic group within Pepin County's districts, making up 5.9% of the student body.

In the previous school year, white students were also the most common group in Pepin County districts, representing 91.5% of the student body.

Durand-Arkansaw School District had the most diverse student body in the county, which included American Indian, African American, Hispanic, multiracial, and white.

In the 2024-25 school year, the total number of students enrolled in school districts in the county dropped to 1.2% compared to the previous year.
