There were 14,903 students enrolled in La Crosse County school districts in the 2024-25 school year, 1.4% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

The county's data showed that 12th grade had the largest enrollment, with 1,254 students, while pre-kindergarten saw the smallest, with 837 students.

Countywide, La Crosse School District welcomed the most students during the 2024-25 school year.
