The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Ronald James Kind, Kind for Congress Committee, refunded $2,900 to Al Kamen on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Kind for Congress Committee has refunded $63,950 total since April 1.
