Wisconsin Rep. Derrick Van Orden utilized platform X, formerly referred to as Twitter, to voice his criticism of biological males being allowed to play sports with biological females. His concern revolves around reports of the possible inclusion of a "transgender" student on the girls' team in the Green Bay area school district.

"Biological males should not be allowed to compete against biological females in sports unless it is a mixed-gender match," Van Orden said. "Women are being injured by men playing women’s sports and erased in our culture as a separate gender. "

Current reports have surfaced that indicate that the inclusion of this student has caused actual physical harm to the female athletes. Accusations against the schools emerged as parents of the students came forward. Their allegations stem from incidents where their daughters returned home from sporting events in the Green Bay Area Public School District, unspecified in the report, bearing bruises and welts inflicted by a ball with significant force, according to the New York Times.

Last week, school authorities and parents in Green Bay met for a meeting concerning the recent incidents. A gathering of 40 parents voiced their dissatisfaction with the participation of "transgender" athletes in school sports. However, in accordance with Title IX regulations, every student must be granted the chance to take part in educational activities, including involvement in school sports, without regard to their gender, according to We Are Green Bay.

Wisconsin's Senate has put forth two bills, namely Senate Bill 377 and Senate Bill 378. If approved, these bills would enact measures to prevent "transgender" students from participating in sports teams that do not correspond to their biological sex. This prohibition would be applied throughout the entire spectrum of public education, spanning from elementary schools to universities, However, Gov. Evers does not support the bills, according to We Are Green Bay.

"Two bills that would stop transgender athletes from competing in girls’ sports have been introduced to the Wisconsin legislature," said parent advocate and Moms for Liberty member Scarlett Johnson in a post on Twitter. "The legislation means schools can “prohibit a male pupil from participating on an athletic team or in an athletic sport designated for females.” It's all about sanity and fairness: Supporters are making sure that females are competing on an even footing with other people that are of the same biological advantages."
