Today, Congressman Van Orden addressed concerns about staffing changes at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin. He issued a statement following reports of adjustments in the medical center's staffing.

Van Orden stated, "I spoke with the Tomah VA Medical Center Director who confirmed that adjustments in their staffing have not resulted in a decline of patient care." He emphasized his commitment to maintaining high standards for veteran services. "If there is even the slightest indication of a drop in the quality or accessibility of VA services, I will immediately contact the director and Veterans Administration to address any shortcomings and ensure our veterans are receiving the care they have earned."
