There were 516 students enrolled in Thorp School District in the 2024-25 school year, 5.1% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 52.3% identified themselves as boys, 47.7% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 92.1% of the Thorp School District total enrollment.

Thorp School District covers three schools within Clark County, with its main office in Thorp.

Among the three schools in the district, Thorp Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 321 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin ranks 22nd in the U.S. for public education spending, with an annual expenditure of over $16,500 per pupil, totaling $13.8 billion per year.
