The Market Square Condominium Association is seeking proposals for a condominium association management company. The selected company will manage properties at various locations, including 410 Jay Street and 415 King Street, collectively known as Market Square.
The chosen Proposer will sign a Professional Services Agreement with the Association to handle daily management tasks such as operating, maintaining, servicing, and improving the property. Preference is given to candidates with Real Property Administrator or Certified Property Manager designations.
Proposals should be submitted electronically by August 15, 2025, at noon to tranea@cityoflacrosse.org.
