Representative Karen Hurd, a Republican serving Wisconsin's 69th House district since her election in 2025, has recently shared several updates on her official social media account, highlighting both community engagement and state initiatives.

On October 4, 2025, Hurd expressed support for the local baseball team, posting: "Good luck to the @Brewers as they begin post season play today. Let's go Brewers! #ThisIsMyCrew https://t.co/PDJEWncMhP"

Two days later, on October 6, she reflected on a family outing at a local event: "My family and I had a wonderful time at Pumpkin Fest in Thorp on Saturday. The animals were a hit with my grandchildren, and I had some great conversations with constituents, including Judy Aken. https://t.co/AOOrkVdmrS"

Later that same day, Representative Hurd used her platform to inform constituents about available funding for infrastructure improvement. She posted: "Are there roads in your community in need of repair that are used by the agriculture or forestry industries? If so, I encourage you to reach out to your local officials and ask them to apply for funding through the Agricultural Roads Improvement Program (ARIP).

Karen Hurd succeeded Donna Rozar as the representative for Wisconsin's 69th district after winning the seat in 2025. As part of her role in the state legislature, she has focused on engaging with local communities and promoting state programs designed to support vital industries such as agriculture and forestry.
