76 percent of applicants to Viterbo University were admitted for fall 2018

At Viterbo University, 75 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 74 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in La Crosse enrolled 2,598 students in fall 2018, including 1,714 in undergraduate and 884 in graduate programs, data shows. 10.7 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

70 percent of undergraduates are residents of Wisconsin, and 30 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (87 percent) and two or more races (5 percent).

The school admitted 76 percent of the 1,372 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 28 percent enrolled.
